When and where do I need to have purchased my appliance in order to get this cashback offer?

In order to receive your cashback you need to have purchased two or more Fisher & Paykel appliances from participating Fisher & Paykel retailers who will advertise the promotion online and instore.

Purchases must be made between 06 January 2020 - 22 November 2020.

When is the last date I need to submit my claim in order to get my cashback?

You need to have submitted your claim online on or by 22 December 2020.

How and when will I receive my cashback?

Once we have received and validated your cashback claim you will receive a pre-paid MasterCard or BACs money transfer within 30 days of the claim submission.

What do I need to do in order to receive my cashback?

For you to receive your cashback you need to complete an online form here and to submit a copy of your proof of purchase. Keep a note of your claim reference number which will be sent to you via email once you have registered your claim, in case you have any questions, or you need to contact us

How do I upload a copy of my proof of purchase?

  1. Scan - scan your proof of purchase & save as a PDF and upload to your claim.
  2. Photo - take a photo of your proof of purchase from your smartphone & make sure it is in focus & legible

What do I need to do if I have not received my cashback?

If 30 days have passed since you have submitted your claim and you have not received your BACs payment or pre-paid MasterCard, please email us . Please ensure that you include your full name, contact number & unique confirmation of claim code (found in your confirmation of claim email). Alternatively you can call 0800 048 8927, please also ensure you have all the above details to hand.

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale supplier are not eligible for this promotion.

My product is on backorder. Can I still claim my cashback?

Yes. If you place an order on a qualifying appliance(s) during the promotional period and a product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') you must still register your claim by 22 December 2020. Your proof of purchase must indicate that you paid a deposit on the qualifying product during the promotional period (06 January 2020 - 22 November 2020) and made full payment by 22 December 2020, prior to submitting your claim.
