Information on how to claim the bonus cashback forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.

Who Can Enter

This promotion is only open to New Zealand residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for this promotion. This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers. This promotion applies to purchases of A grade products only and does not apply to purchases of trade seconds or refurbished products. One claim per person/household.

Promotional Period

The Promotional Period commences NZDT 12:00AM 28 August 2018 and closes 11.59PM 31 December 2018 ('Promotional Period'). Online claims must be received by the Promoter by 11.59PM 31 March 2019 ('Close off Date').

How to Claim

Spend a minimum of $5,000 on three or more eligible Fisher & Paykel products (including one Fisher & Paykel cooking appliance) as set out below (Qualifying Products) from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and be eligible to receive the applicable bonus cashback.

You must register for your claim online here. Registrations close 11.59PM 31 March 2019 after which no further claims will be accepted. Claimants must agree to these full Terms & Conditions on the online registration form and supply the information marked as mandatory, including providing proof of purchase (or proof of rental agreement).

When registering your claim you must supply the following information:

  • Contact details - customer name (which must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), address, daytime contact phone number and bank account details, including Account Number and Account name. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for the customer providing incorrect account details.
  • Serial number(s) of your Qualifying Product(s)
  • Copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating the customer name, date of purchase, store (including address) invoice number, details of Qualifying Products including model number, the price paid (excluding any additional charges eg warranty costs) and total invoice amount.

You can provide a copy of your proof of purchase by either scanning or taking a photo of your proof of purchase and uploading with your claim form.

  1. Computer - scan your proof of purchase & save as a PDF
  2. Smartphone - take a photo of your proof of purchase from your smartphone & make sure it is in focus & legible

The claimant is responsible for providing the correct bank account details. If the bank details provided are incorrect and payment of the cash back cannot be completed, your claim will be declined and the Promoter will contact the claimant to advise that payment cannot be made. The claimant will then be required to submit a new online registration form with the correct bank details. Other than as set out here the bank account details provided in the online register form cannot be changed.

If your claim is approved you will receive an approval email. If you do not receive your payment into your bank account within 45 days from your approval email, please contact the Fisher & Paykel promotions team here and ensure you include your full name and 12 digit unique code (found in your confirmation of entry email).

General

The claimant agrees that if they have obtained the bonus cashback but then return any of the qualifying products (under any returns policy the store may have) they will also return the bonus cashback to the Promoter.

Bonus cashbacks are not transferable or exchangeable.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible claims. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable claim forms will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claims process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disqualify any claimant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter); (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) participation in the promotion.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, suppliers, or use such information to contact the claimant in relation to this promotion. Receipt of a bonus cashback is conditional on providing this information. In addition, if the claimant checks the relevant box, the Promoter may use the claimant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
